Reina graduated from Thornton Academy in 1986. She started working for the restaurant in 1985 as a server at the age of 17. One year later she began working as the host and cashier seating every customer that came in and cashing them out when they left. Reina was the first and last person each customer saw. At the age of 19 she knew that one day she wanted to own the restaurant, and so she approached the owner at that time “Mark Thomas”. At that point, Mark promoted Reina to a manager. She hired, trained and did the book keeping. Years later she began to cook. In early 2001 she was approached by Mark to buy his restaurant.
David graduated from Biddeford High in 1984. He work for the community with his family business, Morissette Moving Company, for twenty years until his father sold the business. David then began working for UPS, but left after seven years to focus on the restaurant as our Catering Chef. He prepares all the hot, delicious catering food delivering it on time to every event. Outside of being our Catering Chef, David is a commercial clam digger for Biddeford pool.
